You have to Be-Aware from online copies because this may harm your blog ranking as well as visitors. You have to regularly check that who is copying your article. There are many third party source but the free one is Google search. Just search your post title and see the result. If you have found someone thefthing your article, Do the DMCA. His article will be deleted from the Google search result that will make his blog down and also put his blog in banned URL so that he can not use many features of Google or even third parties.
But that guys who are there regural visitors of his blog will keep visiting him and you can not get full removed. So don’t worry, Make your blog pre secures before posting that you don’t need to DMCA against anybody.
You have to Be-Secure before posting any article that no one can even copy your article into his blog/site. There are many way and many bugs in way so you have to choose that best way to secure and the easiest way that will don’t effect on your blog ranking and even be supported with are the hackers tools.
