Before you do that, though, just make sure that there is no one in your work area who is allergic to any of what you’ll be spraying around.Eat To Enhance You Mind:Although eating food isn’t exactly unique to the web developer lifestyle, it is definitely an important thing to think about. Food is nourishment, but it can be so much more if you know what to eat. Some foods affect the mind and body. For example, chocolate contains anandamide that helps you relax, which makes you feel good. The catch is that you have to eat dark chocolate or its unprocessed form. You can also eat a banana as it contains enough glucose to help the mind work effectively. Berries seem to keep the mind nimble, and it has antioxidants that may help combat the adverse effects of stress. Just make sure to portion out your snacks as it can be very easy to eat a lot while at a desk job.As you can see, productivity is something you work on rather than something that just happens. You are a major part of reaching your fullest potential, but that does not mean you cannot use helpful tools like the ones mentioned here.
